I started this album in June, it was originally going to be called "Echoes of a Cambrian Coastline" and I was going to write songs that all sounded sort of similar but as time went by I kept writing songs that sounded different so that never really worked out all that well.

I worked really hard on this album, there are a few aspects of recording and editing that I still haven't gotten the hang of yet but I am learning everyday. I really just want to write songs that sound good to me, and that make me feel good as a person and a guitar player.

The next album I compose will probably be either really medieval sounding or my best interpretation of funk/jazz. I say interpretation because It'll just be me messing around on guitar until something I accidentally play happens to sound interesting or cool.

Lately I've been having a lot of trouble because I feel like I'm not living up to my full potential when I'm playing/ writing music. I'm so busy with school and work and everything else that music is becoming something that I need to make time for. And I do make time for it everyday but I wish that I had more time. I'm going to work more on that in the near future.
